This apartment was a little tired and needed some new life breathed back into it. A new kitchen and ensuite were installed along with new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The ensuite was quite small and the owners wanted to widened the doorway between the bedroom and ensuite to allow for a more open floor plan. This required co-ordinating access to the apartment below to allow for the existing pipes to be moved. To complete the refurbishment a lovely fresh coat of paint was applied to all walls.
